How to set up employee leave reviewer?
Recently, the company has welcomed several new employees, and HR personnel, Fanny, has been tasked with creating their profiles in SwipePoint. This includes their date of hire and work schedules, ensuring that they can commence clocking in for work seamlessly.
In addition to clocking in and out according to the company's designated work hours, these new employees may occasionally have leave requests. If an employee wishes to take leave, it must undergo review and approval by their respective supervisors.
Therefore, Fanny is responsible for configuring the leave approval authorities for these new employees.
When an employee follows the company's procedure and submits a leave request through the SwipePoint , the next step is to have their supervisor review it. Fanny needs to ensure that the leave requests submitted by employees can be reviewed and approved by their immediate supervisors. Therefore, when an employee applies for leave, Fanny needs to configure the leave reviewer. The reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and either approving or rejecting the employee's leave request.
Now, Fanny simply needs to switch her SwipePoint to Manager Mode and facilitate the new employees' integration into SwipePoint using the Add New Employee. There are various methods for employees to join SwipePoint, such as through QR code, invite code, or invite link.
Once all the new employees have successfully joined SwipePoint, Fanny can proceed to set up their basic information in the Personal Info section under Management Mode. This includes details such as employee number, birthday, phone number, addresses, email, and more. After selecting the appropriate reviewer in the reviewer section of Personal Info, Fanny can save the settings, completing the configuration of leave reviewer.
Step1: switch SwipePoint to the manager mode, and then click on Human Resources.
Step2: select Personal Info.
Step3: Please select the reviewer, determining which reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and either approving or rejecting the employee's leave request.
