    When you create an account for accessing services, or an account is created on your behalf by the person in charge of your enterprise or related personnel (hereinafter referred to as "account"), SwipePoint will ask you to provide a mobile phone number or email address. This is indispensable information because, as part of our effort to continually detect and prevent unauthorized use and malicious abuse of the service, we will send a verification link to your email. We may also use your registered email to provide you with important information related to the service.
  2. Device Information and Access Log When Using Our Service
    When you use our service, we may obtain and save certain electronic identifiers and log data automatically provided by your device, including but not limited to: device type, operating system type, IP address, browser information, including type and language setting, device identifier, Cookie data, advertising identifier or mobile application identifier.
    This information is part of our ongoing effort to detect and prevent unauthorized use and malicious abuse of the service and is essential to provide you with customized options and service optimized for your device.     If you wish to use the services provided by SwipePoint, it is necessary to enter the uniform number of your company for registration or login.
  2. Email Address
    If you change your mind and no longer wish to provide your email account, you can notify our company or the person in charge or related personnel of your enterprise to have it deleted at any time.
  3. Location Information
    If you do not provide your location information (hereinafter referred to as "geolocation data"), you will not be able to use the features provided by this service. If you choose not to send your geolocation data in your mobile device settings, we will not receive your geolocation data.
  4. Contact Information for Customer Support
    In some cases, you may wish to contact us for customer support. If you contact us through our contact form or other means, we may obtain and save any information you choose to provide, including your name, email account, and phone number, as well as related information about your mobile device or personal computer, such as device type and operating system type. Our products and services are designed to provide you with the ability to watch, listen, and talk to anyone on monitoring devices. To make our products and services function properly, we capture and record content and related data when you use our products and services. For example, we store events captured by motion detectors on our servers to provide evidence for identifying suspects. In addition, our products and services may collect data from their surroundings to perform certain functions (e.g., automatically activating low-light filters and event detection functions in low light conditions).

Automatically Collected Data

We may use cookies, web server logs, web beacons, and other data collection technologies to obtain some information that helps us quickly identify you. Sharing of Personal Data

Without your consent, we will not use your data for commercial and marketing purposes unrelated to our products and services. We will never sell or rent our user list or any data potentially associated with you to external parties. We are committed to minimizing the exposure of our users' identities and will only share your personal data in the following situations:

  • We may share some of your personal data with users within your trusted circle. These authorized personnel may access video and audio data captured and streamed on devices, as well as device data, such as status and battery level, and include other data generated by authorization (recordings).

  • Technical personnel who supervise data processing and storage may access some of your data to complete their tasks and answer your questions. Our technicians have strict rules, and they are never allowed to disclose your data for any non-SwipePoint purposes.

User Choices

To provide services and pursue the aforementioned legitimate interests, we generally retain your personal data on our servers as long as you continue to be a SwipePoint user. You have the right to request access to the information we collect about you. Upon your request, we can also delete your account from our database and terminate the contract within a few days. In matters related to the personal data we obtain from you, we offer you certain choices. To update your preferences, limit communications you receive from us, or submit a request, please refer to the 'Contact Us' section below. You can also choose not to receive our promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communications received or by emailing sales@blueeyes.com.tw. Please note that we do need to send you certain communications about products and services, and you will not be able to opt out of these communications.

Promotional Emails

You can opt not to receive promotional emails by following the instructions in these emails or by contacting sales@blueeyes.com.tw. If you opt out of the service, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts

With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

Location Permissions

In certain cases (such as during the pairing process or for specific features of the application), location permissions may be required. If you initially agree to collect precise location from our mobile application, you can later stop this data collection by changing the preferences in your mobile device settings.

Your Choices, Your Rights

SwipePoint may possess personal information of individuals who are currently not users of the service. Please note that whether or not you are a user of the service, as long as we hold your personal information, you have the choices and rights listed in this section.

How Can I Control My Information?

Under applicable laws (including any exemptions or derogations under such laws), you have the right to access your personal information, correct errors in your personal data, and, for legitimate reasons such as data portability, refuse the processing of your personal data. To exercise any other rights under applicable law, you can contact us using the contact form. Once your identity is verified, we will respond to your request within a reasonable period in accordance with relevant laws.

However, under applicable laws, we may not be able to respond to your request in the following situations:

  1. Disclosing information may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of you or another person;
  2. Disclosing information may seriously affect the proper operation of our business;
  3. Disclosing information would violate other laws;
  4. Or if you are unable to verify your identity when requesting the disclosure.

If you intend to stop using the service, or you no longer agree to SwipePoint collecting and using your personal information for the provision of the service, you may choose to request deletion of your personal information through the contact form or through the person in charge of the enterprise or relevant personnel, and we will delete your personal information in accordance with regulations.

If you exercise your rights under relevant laws through the contact form, we may charge you a fee for the administrative costs incurred in responding to your request, according to separately defined procedures.

Deleting an Organization Account

The creator of an organization account has the authority to access and manage the organization units they have created. In this management interface, they can perform several operations on the organizations they have created, including deleting the entire organization. This means that if the creator decides they no longer need a particular organization or if the organization has served its purpose, they can directly go into the organization management area, select, and execute the deletion operation, thereby permanently removing the organization and its related data and settings.

Personal Data Retention Policy

The retention period for storing personal data depends on the purpose of the data processing:

  • Data Related to Account: Data will be deleted along with your account deletion request.
  • Data Related to Devices: Data will be deleted when you manually remove paired devices from your account.
  • Application Usage Logs: Original data will be deleted within 60 days. We use anonymous usage statistics to help improve the quality of our service, which does not contain any 'identifiable' personal identity data.

Child Policy

Only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to own a SwipePoint account. Individuals aged 16 and above but under 18 (or as defined by applicable regulations as having limited capacity for conduct) must use our products and services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and may only use them if they agree to be bound by these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under the age of 16 (or as defined by applicable laws).

    1. To provide accurate services, we will de-identify the collected data for statistical and analytical purposes. The statistical data or descriptive text from the analysis results, except for internal research, will be published as needed, but it does not involve specific individual data.
