Proxy Clocking
We are excited to announce the launch of Swipepoint's new feature - Proxy Clocking. This feature is designed for situations where employees forget their phones and allows them to use a colleague's phone to clock in, ensuring accurate recording of work hours and improving clocking convenience. To ensure security and privacy, our system rigorously records and audits the use of someone else's phone for clocking and has mechanisms in place to prevent misuse. Through clear policies and employee training, we guarantee the legitimate use of this feature. This new feature aims to bring greater flexibility to the attendance system while maintaining accuracy and fairness in attendance, helping employees better adapt to the challenges of modern work life.
We are pleased to introduce our new feature - Proxy Clock-In. Our Proxy Clock-In feature allows employees to use a colleague's phone for clocking in when they forget their own device. This ensures accurate recording of work hours and enhances the convenience of clocking in for employees. However, it doesn't mean that anyone can clock in for others. This feature still requires employees to clock in themselves, just offering them more ways to complete the process.
