This feature is especially useful for field staff, effectively preventing fake check-ins, enhancing transparency and fairness in attendance, and increasing employee integrity.

How to allocate special leave to employees?
Xiao Chen has been with the company for five years and is entitled to 15 days of special leave each year. HR needs to add Xiao Chen’s special leave hours to SwipePoint for the new year so that leave deductions can be more convenient and accurate in the future. But how should HR add Xiao Chen’s 15 days of special leave to SwipePoint? Typically, HR settles special leave at the end of each year. Employees can choose to carry over unused special leave to the next year or convert unused leave into salary. During this process, HR calculates the special leave hours for each employee. For employees choosing to carry over leave, HR retains the current year’s leave hours and adds the new year’s hours. For employees opting for salary conversion, HR deducts the remaining leave hours and sets the new year’s hours. HR uses the SwipePoint management mode to make these adjustments in the "Leave" section under the "Grant Leave" option. They can increase or decrease the hours by inputting the corresponding numbers, completing the special leave settings.
