Usage Restrictions
To ensure the stable operation and optimal performance of the BrushPoint system, we have set specific limitations on the following:
- Number of Users: A single account can manage up to 2,000 users, with a maximum of 100 active employees per organization.
- Number of Organizations: Each account can register and manage up to 20 organizations.
- Data Storage: All attendance records are permanently stored. Querying is available for records from January 1 of the previous year to the present, and export functionality is not time-limited.
- File Upload Size: The maximum upload size for a single file is 25 MB. Photos with dimensions exceeding 1920 pixels in width or height will be automatically resized to a maximum edge of 1920 pixels, maintaining the aspect ratio.

Administrator Limitations
There is no limit on the number of administrators. Users can freely assign administrator roles based on their needs, enhancing management efficiency and flexibility. This feature allows organizations to distribute administrative tasks with ease, ensuring smooth system operations tailored to business requirements.
Attendance Record Retention
All attendance records are permanently stored, allowing users to query and export data at any time.
- Query Functionality: Attendance records can be queried for data from January 1 of the previous year to the present, enabling quick access to relevant information.
- Export Functionality: Attendance and overtime records can be exported without time limitations, allowing users to retrieve all historical data, facilitating comprehensive data management.
This design provides greater data flexibility, enabling users to effectively manage historical records for long-term analysis and archiving.

- Unlimited Logins: There is no restriction on the number of devices a single account can log into, allowing users to seamlessly switch between multiple devices.
- Currently Unsupported: Windows computers or a web-based management interface. However, users can export Excel files to view attendance records on Windows devices.
Login Device Limitations
BrushPoint does not restrict the number of devices logged in per account. Users can switch seamlessly between devices such as phones, tablets, and computers, ensuring convenient access and efficient management across multiple scenarios.
Interface Language Support
BrushPoint currently supports the following languages:
