Usage Limits
To ensure the smooth operation of SwipePoint, we have specific limits regarding the number of users, organizations, and the capacity for file uploads.
User Limits
The maximum number of users per organization (company) is 50, and up to 20 organizations (companies) can be registered.
If your needs exceed these limits, please feel free to contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
File Uploads
For file uploads, if the width or height of a photo exceeds 1920 pixels, the system will automatically compress it to a proportional 1920 pixels. The upload size limit for a single file (including photos) is 25 MB. Files larger than this limit cannot be uploaded.
