All features of Shuadian are free for lifetime use. However, if your organization requires ad removal or expanded storage space for saving more files and data, you will need to pay a reasonable fee to share the operational costs of cloud services.

You can cancel or modify your subscription plan at any time, giving you full control over your usage needs.

Can Ads Be Removed?

Absolutely! By subscribing to the ad-free plan, you can completely remove all ads in Shuadian, allowing you to focus on the service and enjoy a cleaner experience.

Individual

Premium > Personal Ad-Free > Subscribe Now

If you are an individual user, you can choose to subscribe to the monthly or yearly ad-free plan under Premium to remove ads and enhance your experience.

After subscribing, other members in your organization will still see ads.

Organization

Premium > Organization Ad-Free > Subscribe Now

If you are an organization creator, you can subscribe to the monthly or yearly ad-free plan under Premium to remove ads for the entire organization, providing an ad-free experience for all members.

Subscribed but Still Seeing Ads

The organization creator should first update Shuadian to the latest version, then log out and log back in. Additionally, ensure the organization creator's device is properly signed into the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Android Devices

If you use an Android phone or tablet, follow these steps to check your subscriptions:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Payments & Subscriptions."
  4. Tap "Subscriptions" to view your subscription items.

Apple Devices

If you use an Apple phone or tablet, follow these steps to check your subscriptions:

  1. Open the "Settings" app.
  2. Tap "Media & Purchases."
  3. Select "Subscriptions" to view your subscription items.
