Employee Resignation

When an employee resigns, they will no longer be able to access the organization. Attendance records cannot be modified or altered after resignation.

Marking an Employee as Resigned

Admin Mode > Human Resources > Personal Information > Select Employee > Official Resignation, Disable Access

Once an employee is marked as resigned, they will automatically exit the organization and will no longer have access to any organization-related data.

If the employee re-joins the organization, they will only be able to see the attendance records starting from the day they rejoined.

Before finalizing salary calculations, please avoid marking an employee as resigned, as once marked, attendance records cannot be modified, added, or deleted.

After performing "Official Resignation, Disable Access," the employee cannot be restored to their previous position as an active employee. Please proceed with caution.
