Use Cases

  • Typhoon Leave - When a typhoon warning is issued or it is confirmed that a typhoon will impact the operational area, employees can take leave as announced by the company or local government. This measure ensures employee safety during typhoons or other severe weather disasters and provides the necessary flexibility for leave.
  • Indigenous Peoples' Ritual Leave - A statutory holiday for workers of indigenous peoples, according to Article 4 of the Ministry of the Interior's Memorial Days and Holidays Implementation Regulations, where one day of leave is granted. Indigenous people may take one day off during the ritual period of their own, their parents', or their spouse's ethnic group, with only one day of leave allowed per year. Spouses who are not of indigenous descent are not currently eligible for this leave under existing regulations. Indigenous workers must provide proof of ethnicity (e.g., household registration or certificate) to their employer.
  • Birthday Leave - A special leave granted to employees on or during their birthday month, allowing them to relax or spend time with family and friends on this special day.
  • Family Day Leave - Encourages employees to spend time with their family, usually once a year, with activities like parent-child events or family gatherings, promoting work-life balance.
  • Learning and Development Leave - Supports employees in participating in training, further education, or professional qualification exams, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Volunteer Service Leave - Encourages employees to engage in volunteer work, supporting social welfare. Companies usually provide one or more days of leave for employees to participate in charitable projects they are passionate about.
  • Health Leave - Provides employees with time for physical and mental health recovery, such as a mental health day or rest day, allowing employees to recharge and maintain stable work performance.
  • Long-Term Service Leave - Additional leave provided to employees who have served for a specific number of years, such as five or ten years of service, offering employees more time to rest or travel.
  • Marriage Leave - A leave provided to married employees on their wedding anniversary, allowing them to celebrate with their spouse and improve their marital quality of life.
  • Family Care Leave - A leave granted to employees who need to care for family members, such as elderly parents or young children, helping reduce the caregiving burden.
  • Company Celebration Leave - A leave provided on the company anniversary or other major company events, allowing employees to participate and celebrate the company's achievements.
  • Unpaid Leave - A leave granted to employees upon request for personal matters, such as traveling abroad, long-term rest, or significant personal events.

Leave Reset

Every year on January 1st, the system will automatically reset the leave statistics for all users (employees) in the organization and recalculate them. This feature helps businesses quickly reset the previous year's leave records and start accumulating from the new year, saving time and manpower for managers in handling large amounts of data and adjusting leave records.
