Feature Description
- Attachments can be added to announcements via taking photos, selecting images from the gallery, or uploading files.
- If uploading recorded videos, use the "Upload File" option (limited to MP4 or MOV formats).
File Restrictions
- Individual attachments must not exceed 25 MB.
Usage Prerequisite
- The organization creator must subscribe to the Premium "Storage Space" plan to activate cloud storage and enable attachment uploads.
Number of Readers
After publishing each announcement, administrators can clearly see the read status of employees within the system, identifying who has and who hasn't read the announcements. This facilitates follow-up communication and ensures better information management.
