If you need to switch the phone used by a creator, please strictly follow the guidelines below to ensure account security and proper functionality.

Usage Restrictions

  • Creator Accounts: Limited to login and use on a single phone only. Do not log in to a creator account on multiple phones to avoid account conflicts or security risks.
  • Other Account Types: Admin, manager, and general user accounts are not subject to this restriction and can be logged into on multiple devices.

Logging in with the Original Registration Account

To ensure you’re using the Google or Apple account registered initially, follow these steps to check your login account:

    • Locate and open the SwipePoint app on your phone.
  2. Go to More Options

    • On the app’s main interface, tap More at the bottom right.
  3. Access My Account

    • In the More menu, select My Account.
  4. Check Account Information

    • On the My Account page, find the Login Account option.
    • Verify the displayed Google or Apple account matches the one you used to register for SwipePoint.
