Clock-In Mode > Goals

The Goals feature provides a clear and transparent way for managers to set and publish work or team objectives, while employees can quickly review and confirm their understanding. This not only ensures effective communication of goals but also enhances collaboration within the team.

Feature Description

  1. Managers Set Goals

    • Managers can publish specific work objectives such as performance targets, project progress, or team collaboration plans.
    • Goals can include detailed descriptions and relevant attachments to help employees understand and execute tasks.
  2. Employee Confirmation

    • Employees must carefully review the goal details and click the I Agree button to confirm their understanding and acceptance.
    • The system records confirmation actions, including employee names and timestamps, allowing managers to track acknowledgments.
  3. System Reminders

    • If an employee has not confirmed a goal, the system will prompt them when they attempt to End Work, ensuring all objectives are clearly communicated and acknowledged.

Usage Examples

  • Personal Goals: Assign individual monthly performance targets, such as achieving a specific sales amount or resolving a set number of customer issues.
  • Team Goals: Define shared objectives for teams, such as project delivery deadlines or annual department achievements.
  • Project Plans: Clarify the task requirements and completion standards for different project phases, ensuring alignment across all team members.

Important Notes

  1. Clear and Specific Goal Descriptions: Managers should provide precise details and completion criteria to prevent confusion.
  2. Confirmation Records: The system logs each employee’s acknowledgment, allowing managers to review progress at any time.
  3. Regular Review: It is recommended to track goal progress periodically to ensure achievement or make necessary adjustments based on actual needs.

The Goals feature ensures that both employees and managers have a shared understanding of work objectives and expected outcomes, making it a vital tool for improving execution and collaboration efficiency!
